OpenPixel provides AI-powered image generation and chat tools. You must be 18 years or older to use this service. You are responsible for all content you generate through the platform.
You may not use OpenPixel to generate content that violates applicable law, including but not limited to content depicting minors in any inappropriate context, content intended to harass specific individuals, or content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
Content you generate through OpenPixel belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your generated images or chat outputs. We do not use your content to train models.
Paid features are billed according to posted rates. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
OpenPixel and Sunbird Technologies LLC are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
